Many riders first find dashmoto® through a simple moment — a question in a parking lot, a conversation on the sidewalk, a shared glance at a design that stands out.
The Rider-to-Rider Program turns those moments into something lasting. When you share your experience and someone chooses to ride dashmoto®, you receive a thank-you for helping grow the world we move through together.
Participation is always optional. The connection is what matters.
What Counts as a Referral
A referral is counted when a purchase is completed.
Your referral can be credited if:
- The buyer enters your referral code at checkout, or
- The buyer mentions your name when speaking with our team
How it Works
1. You share the ride
When someone asks about your dashmoto®, you share your story. Hand them a referral card or send them to dashmoto®—simple, natural, rider to rider.
2. They make it theirs
When your referral completes their purchase:

Use your credit on exclusive rider items, accessories, or service—designed to keep your journey moving.
What's Included?
Rider Starter Kit
Riders who join the program will receive a Rider-to-Rider Starter Kit, mailed in late February.
Each kit includes:
• A welcome letter• A short program guide
• An exclusive dashmoto® silhouette sticker
• Referral cards to share with others
Rider Thank-You Rewards
Earned dashmoto® credits can be used toward exclusive rider-only items, not available for public purchase.
Available rewards may include:
• dashmoto® water bottle• dashmoto® jacket
• Limited-edition dashmoto® items
• Service or accessory credits

Some riders enjoy opening their world to others—showing how a dashmoto® fits into everyday life. If you choose to volunteer as a Test Ride Host, we may reach out when someone in your area is curious about experiencing a ride firsthand.

• Test rides are short, informal, and safety-oriented
Hosting is about sharing your real experience and building a personal connection. If a guest later becomes a rider, the standard referral thank-you applies.
How are referrals tracked?
When someone you refer becomes a rider, we credit the referral using your referral code or by name. You don’t need to manage anything — we take care of the rest.
What if my referral doesn’t use my code?
That’s okay. If they mention your name when speaking with our team, we can still credit the referral.
Do I need to keep track of my credits?
No. We track credits for you, and our team is always happy to help if you have questions.
Is there any obligation to refer or host test rides?
No. Participation is always optional, and you decide what feels right for you.
